Pursuant to this agreement, the Company will acquire a 100% interest in the Pikwa Property from Azimut Exploration Inc. a mineral exploration company focused on Quebec, and SOQUEM Inc., a mineral exploration subsidiary arm of Investissement Québec. PMET Resources Inc.
