09:49 AM EST - Boat Rocker Media Inc. : Co-Founders & Co-Executive Chairmen Ivan Schneeberg and David Fortier and CEO John Young have signed a definitive agreement with BRMI (a public company listed on the TSX) to acquire the Boat Rocker Studios business from BRMI in a management buyout. The transaction is currently expected to close in June of 2025 pending shareholder and regulatory approvals and the satisfaction of other closing conditions. Boat Rocker Media Inc.
