09:49 AM EST - Boralex Inc. : Announces the closing of an additional corporate financing of $250 million by way of an unsecured subordinated loan with a term of eight years. The investment is made by La Caisse (formerly CDPQ), which is providing an amount of $200 million, to which is added a $50-million investment by a new partner, Fondaction. Boralex Inc.
