The firm benefits from the U.S. International Trade Commission’s plans to start its anti-dumping against firms in Asia. Markets expect the Commission to levy fines against several firms in Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Paramount (PARA) plunged by 7.85% after Shari Redstone ended her talks with Skydance. When Skydance lowered its bidding price, the majority owner walked away. Although shareholders benefit from the deal falling through, avoiding stock dilution, the share price faces selling pressure.
