Algorhythm Gains on Role in Buyside Conference

Algorhythm Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: RIME) shares enjoyed higher prices Friday, as the company, an AI technology and consumer electronics holding company, announced today that management is participating in the iAccess Alpha Buyside Best Ideas Fall Conference 2024 on September 24 and 25, On behalf of the company CEO Gary Atkinson, will deliver a company presentation at 3:00PM ET on September 24, and host one-on-one meetings the following day, September 25.

iAccess Alpha hosts virtual investor conferences, where presenting companies are recommended by investors. The conference format spans two days, with company webcast presentations on day one, followed by one-on-one meetings with company management teams on day two.

Algorhythm Holdings, Inc. is a holding company with two primary investments. First, the Company owns SemiCab Holdings, an emerging leader in the AI-enabled global logistics industry. Second, the Company owns The Singing Machine Company, the worldwide leader in the consumer karaoke industry.

RIME shares acquired three cents, or 5.3%, to 58 cents.
